RULES AND TERMS OF SERVICE:

  • Prices may vary depending on demand.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission request at my discretion, for any reason.

1. GENERAL TERMS

  • Accepted currencies: US Dollar (USD) and Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM)

  • Accepted payment methods: PayPal and Touch 'n Go eWallet

  • Payment options:

    • Full payment upfront, or

    • 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval

  • ⚠️ Please do not send any payment until I have confirmed your commission slot and requested payment.

2. PAYMENT

  • The completion time for your commission may range from 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on:

    • The complexity of the artwork

    • My health and well-being

    • Other real-life responsibilities or workload

  • Upon completion, you will receive:

    • A full-resolution digital file

    • A web-optimized version suitable for online use​​

  • ⚠️ This is a digital-only service — no physical items will be shipped.​

3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY

  • Each commission includes up to 3 rounds of revisions at no additional cost.

  • Additional changes after the final version is completed will incur a fee — unless the revision is due to a misunderstanding on my part.

  • If you request changes to a stage that has already been approved, an additional fee will apply. This fee is typically based on the complexity of the change and may be charged at an hourly rate.

  • If the initial references provided are unclear or incomplete, any resulting revisions may also come with an additional charge.

4. REVISIONS

  • As the artist (Nobody), I:

    • Reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time, for any reason.

    • Retain full copyright ownership of the commissioned artwork.

    • Will not claim ownership of your character(s) or intellectual property (IP).

    • Will not use or profit from the commissioned artwork further unless the client violates the terms of service.

    • Reserve the right to display the artwork in my portfolio, social media, or publications (e.g., art books), unless you request otherwise.

  • As the client, you:

    • May share the commissioned artwork on your personal websites and social media, with proper credit.

    • May not profit from the artwork (e.g., through reselling, redistribution, prints, or upload to print-on-demand services).

    • May not alter the artwork without my explicit permission.

    • May use the artwork for Adoptables, provided this is discussed and agreed upon before payment.

    • Retain ownership of your original characters and intellectual property (IP).

    • May not use the artwork for commercial purposes unless a commercial license is purchased.

    • Can contact me anytime to purchase commercial rights, if needed.

  • ❗ Unauthorized commercial use includes any form of monetary gain from the artwork outside of the permissions listed above.

    ❗ Claiming the artwork as your own or altering it without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds are not available once I have begun working on your commission.

  • If I am unable to start your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you choose to cancel your order before I begin, you are entitled to a full refund.

⚠️ Please do not initiate a PayPal chargeback if a refund is due — I will process the refund manually.

  • If you file a chargeback in violation of these terms:

    • You will forfeit all rights to the commissioned artwork.

    • I reserve the right to re-use, modify, or resell the artwork in any way.

    • I will provide proof of communication and work completed to PayPal as evidence.

    • You will be BLACKLISTED from commissioning me in the future.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:

  • Drafts or mockups to choose from before I proceed (the number of drafts may vary based on the complexity of the commission)

  • Sketches and/or final sketch previews for your approval before moving forward

  • Color planning input, depending on the nature and complexity of the artwork

  • The final artwork delivered as:

    • A full-resolution digital file

    • A web-friendly version suitable for online sharing

    • NSFW versions (if applicable and requested) will be included uncensored and at no extra cost

  • Final files are typically delivered in PNG format

Note:

  • Commissioned artwork may be shared on my social media platforms (including Pixiv) without a watermark for promotional purposes.

  • If you prefer your commission to remain private or not posted publicly, please contact me in advance via DM on Twitter, Instagram, or Pixiv messages so we can discuss your preferences.
